What a fantastic stay! Very comfortably fit the four of us- two adults and two kids. The lobby staff were a very international group and so very helpful and warm. The area is perfect- a very short walk to the subway where you can get to Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku etc with ease (there’s a loft for strollers around the corner too!). 7-11 across the street was perfect for breakfast every day- smoothies, coffees, pastries and more. This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The hotel itself is new so everything was pristine and modern. It is a business hotel so expect the rooms to be small - there was enough space to open a couple suitcases on the floor, but we had to keep them closed up most of the time to feel comfortable moving around. Hotel had everything needed and was tucked back in a quiet area of the city. The walk to the train station took just a few minutes and there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. Every amenity needed was provided which was very appreciated, including a refrigerator in the lobby full of water bottles for guests to grab whenever. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Monterey. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to forwarding our luggage. The rooms were consistently clean and restocked. Breakfast was a little expensive for us, but luckily the area is very walkable with plenty of conbini and restaurants nearby

The hotel is in a fun area with LOT'S of dining options. Very short walk to the subway station. A 7 Eleven right next door. I was most impressed with the EXCELLENT staff at the front desk. They made the stay special. I also enjoyed the breakfast which was a bit unusual by American standards but was delicious and healthy. Great area with lots of restaurants, close distance to Shibuya, and Shinjuku.

I loved this hotel so much! The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and spoke English, and the location was in between popular tourist spots such as Shibuya and Akihabara. It was also on a street with a ton of late-night restaurants, convenience stores, and train stations.

Staff are very nice and helpful, especially Yuki who walked extra miles to help us.

I enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and friendly staff who spoke English. They also had a machine to exchange money in the lobby which was convenient. Conveniently located near public transportation but also easy to find if using uber. They had a 24/7 bar and breakfast available. The area was very safe and quiet with plenty of dining options nearby as well as a 7/11 1 min walk away. No complaints. Would stay here again.

Amazing place, great location next to a few stations and alot of food around the area and really nice staff. Will return to Tokyo and will book this hotel again ! Great price and value.

omo was the best! The pictures do not do this hotel justice. This room was such an amazing spot to come back to after a full day of sightseeing. It’s in a business district, so at night it’s a lot of happy hour and corporate people. There are a ton of restaurants in the area with seven-eleven two doors down and the metro are close by. The rooms were nice but basically businessman sized, not western sized. That said it was big enough to sleep and do everything you need to. Breakfast was good and the vending machines on each floor was nice. Also the washer and dryer and combo were useful for cleaning your clothes mid trip. Close to akasaka station and several combinis (convenience stores) made this an ideal place for us to stay

Amazing staff and hotel. The staff were super accommodating and were able to change our room when we requested it. Our luggage was also stored there prior to our stay, and everything was absolutely perfect. Would love to stay at again!

What a fun hotel. Comfortable and convenient. Love the sanitizing machine for coats in your room. They have amenities in the lobby you can help yourself to if you forgot anything like combs and toothbrush and pajamas. The price is also so affordable and a cute Irish pub on the first floor. The lady robot can get a little spruce up on her derpy eye but it’s also charming. Close to multiple subway stations and can get to places easily!
