"Great location— not too busy but close to busier areas. There was a really nice street with restaurants / shops about 10 minutes away. Staff were helpful and let us store our luggage before check in and after check out. Room was very small but we knew it would be and we were only staying 2 nights."

"Great stay at The Knot for our first time in Tokyo! Beautiful lobby and great buffet breakfast. Across the street from a nice park and in a quiet - calm - neighborhood. Well situated to two main subway lines and walkable to Shinjuku and Golden Gai areas. Highly recommend!"

Well designed and decorated, with Lots of nice touches throughout — free breakfast and snacks through the day, free happy hour. The rooms are small but quiet for being so centrally located. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. A short walk to the Waseda subway stop, or the trolley, some decent restaurants near by. Appreciated the free shuttle service they provide when we left with our luggage travelling to Kyoto."

"This hotel was impressive in many ways. It has great design with a blend of traditional Japanese with modern aspects. The check in was completely self service and very efficient (unlike other attempts where it doesn’t work and someone has to intervene). The city views from the room and penthouse were good. Japanese breakfast was the best we had during the whole trip. "

"This hotel is a gem. It’s very new and clean and well planned layout perfect for a family of 4. We were initially a little concerned about the location near a kind of red light district but that turned out to not be an issue. You can avoid the backstreets easily. It’s actually quite a peaceful area just outside the most busy part of Shinjuku. Very close to walk into the Shinjuku for shopping and endless amazing dining options. Room has a laundry dryer and I liked that the toilet was separate...
