"Superb! Fab location, very friendly and helpful staff and quiet throughout. Mash Restaurant on the top floor was excellent. Would definitely stay there again 😊"
"Everything was as expected from the description, and I had a pleasant stay. The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and I especially appreciated the hot shower.
The location is also good, with plenty of restaurants and nice cafés nearby. The neighbourhood felt pleasant and convenient for exploring Copenhagen. Overall, a good stay and I would happily stay here again."
"Clean, all around. Breakfast was really good and quite a variety. So close to Tivoli and train station. Perfect location for me being my first time in Copenhagen. Staff excpeptionally helpful, friendly and so kind."
"Friendly and cheerful staff, great location near the central train station and Tivoli Gardens. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Room was comfortable and hotel services were excellent, e.g., stored our luggage overnight despite checking out. Highly recommend and I would stay here again!"
"Jens was very helpful to explain our train plans including details of how to get where we needed to be. He was engaging and informative! We enjoyed breakfast during our short stay as well. "
"The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of freshly baked breads. The location to metro station helped us to move around. Highly recommend."
"We had an outstanding stay at this hotel! Staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. Very welcoming. Amenities and opportunities to gather and socialize were very well done. Comfort of the room was incredible - do yourself a favour and get a room with the amazing window seat! So comfortable and a lovely place to watch the goings on in the square! Easy to find, fabulous neighbourhood with great cafes and restaurants. We will definitely be back!"
"Very cute boutique hotel. Great location and proximity to the train (4 minute walk). Friendly staff. Absolutely delicious beef tartare at their restaurant. Highly recommend!!"
"Very good hotel. Located conveniently close to a train/metro/bus station, with a shopping mall next door and even within walking distance from the main attractions (20-40min). Room was comfortable with a nice view and good bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Several choices of fruits, bread, cheeses and charcuterie.
I would definitely recommend and return."
"I took a Flixbus to Copenhagen so a hotel next to the bus station was very handy. There is a train station adjacent too. Room was on the small side but fine for one night. Building very modern and clean. Breakfast the next morning was decent enough. Would definitely stay here again."
"Great hotel in a super area. My third visit to Copenhagen and a hotel worth revisiting. Only stayed one night and I think it would be great for solo travelers couples or groups."
"We had a nice stay. The room and bathroom
Were small but clean. The windows opened and there were no screens. That was perfect for us because we love sleeping with the windows open. We were on the fifth floor. It was a great location. Close to the Central train station and metro. Felt very safe. There was a 7-11 one block away which was great for drinks. It was a quiet neighborhood while we were there in mid May. We will go there again"
"This is my second time staying at this hotel and I’m staying a third time next weekend! It’s a beautiful hotel and so close to the metro, train, bus and a lot of activities - highly recommend! Best part is how eco friendly it is!"
"Overall a good experience.
Can highly recommend a stay at the hotel. It was clean, the staff was helpfull, the room was nice and the location perfect"
"The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and just as pictured. The breakfast was excellent. And the bike rental was super easy and affordable. Making it very nice to ride around the city and explore.
10/10 would highly recommend"

Property is in a great location, staff is minimal but friendly and accommodating, was able to schedule taxi service for us which was really appreciated. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed, great grocery store only four blocks away (Neto), would stay there again.
Stayed at Coco Hotel for 5 nights during a solo trip. Always felt safe and comfortable in my room. I had a 3rd floor room facing the street which had pretty views and was only loud on Saturday night (lots of foot traffic and fireworks at nearby Tivoli) aside from the occasional scream from passersby. Got a little warm at times but the windows open so no problem! Bed was very cozy. Shower was a little challenging as water splashed all over the room but evaporated quickly. Shower curtain was a...
We LOVED this place! It has thought of everything. We loved the vending machines, the beer & wine dispensers, the 10minute walk to the grocery store, easy access to the bus system and super helpful and happy staff. There's even organization for the shared fridge. I was excited to see the microwaves, air fryer and panini press. It's expensive to eat out in Denmark! I was surprised to hear how quiet the lobby was. Especially when it was packed full of people hanging out, eating or working on...
Very modern hotel, clean, comfortable and great service. Located near a train station and a mall which is very convenient. Great place to stay would definitely go back.
Very cute hotel. Rooms are small, but very clean and had everything we needed. We had a great balcony to have breakfast. Breakfast and coffee in our room was very nice and relaxing. Location is perfect and close to everything, however…. With that said Copenhagen can be very noisy at night. Tivoli and bars are very close to the hotel and there are no fans or air conditioning in the hotel. So with the windows open you can feel as if you are part of the party. Other than that it was great. ...
My stay at this hotel was a delight. The room, while small, was entirely sufficient and comfortable. I appreciated having somewhere to hang my clothes and windows that opened. It was nice to be able to work downstairs in the lounge area in the evenings, with a drink from the bar in the reception hall. The breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, all of them fresh and delicious. The location was perfect for a conference at the Copenhagen Business School -- a pleasant 30 minute walk up...
The room wasn’t fancy but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. The location was near the central train station but our room (ground floor just off the courtyard) was very quiet.
