"The hotel is very nice, well appointed and immaculate. All hotel employees we encountered were friendly, welcoming and professional. The front desk staff provided a map of things to see and kindly explained the best places to visit, as well as calling Ubers for our family. The bar was fun, great drinks, and a great way to relax after a long day of site seeing. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere! Very much appreciated the maid service, finding cookies...

"This B&B is conveniently located only a 5 minute walk to Santa Maria Novella train station and about 15 mins walk to major sites like the Duomo. The breakfast is out of a nearby cafe and the pastries there are delicious! The room is very modern and clean. There is a fridge and access to drinking water and kitchen downstairs. There was a bit of noise from outside but that is to be expected in a city like Florence. It was a great spot and I'd definitely stay here again. "

Breakfast in bed was a lovely touch - arrived right on time and really good. I also loved that they use Officina Profumo toiletries, such a nice detail. Overall, a really special stay in Florence."

It was so convenient for us as it is right across the street from the train and the tram station, so we didn’t have to drag our luggage very far! I felt completely safe. "Our room was very nice and clean. The location is very walkable to most of the highlights in Florence. It is an easy walk to/from the SMN train station, and the tram from the airport. The owner was there every morning to make coffee and give sightseeing advice. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay."
