"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was extremely dirty and the level of cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The furniture was very old and worn out. The walls in the room were peeling badly, literally like an orange peel. There was even a hole in the wall under the window, and instead of fixing it properly, they placed a wooden board to cover it. "I was booked for a week but I only stayed 2 nights and left after being moved through three unacceptable rooms. The first had no bathroom door handle and a TV bracket on the wall … with no TV. The second had visible black mould throughout the room. The third, on the fourth floor, had no shower door making the bathroom wet and slippy. Also a window that opened fully with no safety restraints, we were on the 4th floor. The bed in the room was uncomfortable, the bedsheets didn’t fit they kept...
