All staff members are polite and professional. In particular, the hotel manager, Odeon, is outstanding extremely courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring toward guests. "Location of hotel was excellent as it was close to most of the major attractions. The bus line or train is close by which makes getting around the city effortless. The room was spacious and clean. Our only complaint was the size of the bathroom being too small. Staff was wonderful, informative and helps make our stay comfortable. The front desk agents are the real deal. They are knowledgeable, ready to assist and provided tips to make your stay safe, enjoyable and worry free."
