"We loved our stay at Illi tex Aoyama! Real easy to get around and station was a quick 5 min walk. Right down the road from the Baseball stadium. The apartment itself was amazing and we really enjoyed heading back to rest after long walking days. Probably my favourite area with jingumae only 8 min walk away. Will stay again! Thanks for having us. 5 stars! "

"Clean room, very cozy space, but was perfect for our short stay. The location was incredibly convenient and the breakfast in the morning was so nice. We went to the Japanese style buffet. It was a lovely experience. We really enjoyed it, especially because the airport limo (charter bus) takes you right up to the front door. Super helpful for my parent who has accessibility needs. "We enjoyed our stay at this property. A short walk to the Waseda subway stop, or the trolley, some decent restaurants near by. Appreciated the free shuttle service they provide when we left with our luggage travelling to Kyoto."

Close to train station, food, convenience stores, and Kabukicho. Stay/sleep on the quiet/business side and still close to the nightlife. Would stay again and definitely recommend!"
