"dirty cups in room with lipstick, hotel is tired and needs a renno, gym was not as pictured, pool was closed even through it was 20 degrees outside. "

"There’s plenty of parking available for the guests. Breakfast had a few choices, but it was good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless. The only thing that could have been better was the noise from the planes taking off—it’s right next to the runway."

"Make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner coz they only provide like barely for one person even though I booked for 3 person in a room for 3days. Also their tv you can’t even use it at all coz all the show you’ll see there you have to pay for it. Terrible never again."

"I had do not disturb sign on for 2 days, then took it off and no one came for several hours until i called and requested it. I mentioned earlier that I will be out of the room for a while so they can clean. We come back in the evening and the room still was not cleaned. After i complained i told the staff they have to clean the room while im present. The next day the housekeeper came but left all the dirty cups and wine glasses. Other than the house keeping situation this hotel was excellent. The perfect location, great amenities, delicious cafe for brunch, a restaurant for dinner. Majority of the staff is very attentive and quick."
