"After I booked the hotel I received an email with check in instructons and a phone number. I was arriving at 1am so I wanted to verify it wasn’t a problem. I was informed it was a home stay and to call him when we arrived at the airport and that the time was fine. I called him and had a friend from India that was with us call on his phone. NO ANSWER AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS. After a long flight I arrive to no hotel at 1 am. I have to have a taxi driver take us to a airport hotel that was open....

"Arrived at the address mentioned in the booking, there was not hotel there. Number in the booking did not answer my calls, luckily the taxi driver called the hotel and he got a reply. Taxi driver received their "updated address" which is a different place, with a different name the r However the guy there was very helpfull and friendly I left after just one night. "Indira International IN is one of the terrible hotel I have ever experienced in my life. The hotel price was expensive (5500 rupees/night). The room was so simple, dirty, bathroom was stinking like anything. No hot water in bathroom. No heating provided during our stay (February). We could not sleep whole night because of cold. However, the price per night was high and not worthless. I will give 2/10 ratting for this service. I will not recommend for others. "

"Outstanding Property! Stayed there for couple of weeks with family, and found this as one of the best studio serviced apartment in Gurgaon. Located near the main road, so approach is quite easy. Ventilation is a Big Positive, rooms are well connected to balcony and spacious. Staff has been really helpful in arranging any required house hold equipment, and regular cleaning.
