"After I booked the hotel I received an email with check in instructons and a phone number. I was arriving at 1am so I wanted to verify it wasn’t a problem. I was informed it was a home stay and to call him when we arrived at the airport and that the time was fine. I called him and had a friend from India that was with us call on his phone. NO ANSWER AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS. After a long flight I arrive to no hotel at 1 am. I have to have a taxi driver take us to a airport hotel that was open....

Taxi driver received their "updated address" which is a different place, with a different name the r However the guy there was very helpfull and friendly I left after just one night. "Indira International IN is one of the terrible hotel I have ever experienced in my life. The hotel price was expensive (5500 rupees/night). The room was so simple, dirty, bathroom was stinking like anything. No hot water in bathroom. No heating provided during our stay (February). We could not sleep whole night because of cold. However, the price per night was high and not worthless. I will give 2/10 ratting for this service. I will not recommend for others. "
