"Rooms needs some up grade beds,ac units bathroom shower too old they have to switch me to another room because the ac unit wasn’t working then the other room the shower was rusted "
"Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en este hotel. Nos tocó una habitación en tercer piso, la cual al igual que las areas comunes y alberca estaban muy limpias. El hotel esta rodeado de selva y al salir del balcón solo se veia vegetacion y se escuchaban diferentes tipos de aves. El personal muy amable y atento. La experiencie en el spa fue muy buena y los precios muy accesibles. Los alimentis que ingerimos fueron en la zona de alberca y muy aceptables, el ceviche estaba muy bueno. La ubicación del hotel esta frente a la zona donde se toma el transporte para ir a la zona arqueológica, sin embargo, el hotel no está a pie de carretera y la entrada pasa desapercibida. Al llegar esta el estacionamiento y de ahí, un cochecito te lleva a recepción, estos están disponibles 24hrs. La pasamos muy bien y lo recomiendo ampliamente."
"Es la segunda vez que viajo a Chiapas y me e quedado en este hotel las dos veces. La primera vez me encanto y esta última me quede una semana, pero toca decir que si haces la reservación por Expedia o otra app, te darán los cuartos que se encuentran hasta atrás del hotel. Son mucho más viejos, sucios y hasta llenos de mosquitos, pulgas o hormigas rojas. Despertamos llenos de picaduras y en la madrugada tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación. Claramente nos dijeron en reservación que las mejores cuartos estaban en la parte de enfrente del hotel, frente a la alberca. Nos cambiaron y terminamos de pasar un momento mucho más placentero. Overall the stay was pretty decent, the restaurant and the food was ok. "
"I have two very important notes to make about this hotel. The beds are very comfortable, and it's the best shower I ever had... Like I'm going to dream about that shower and worry I'll never experience one as nice as it again. I'm really worried about this. Seriously, stay here and try it for yourself and see what I'm talking about. How do I replicate this experience at home, or can I? Do I just move into this Hilton and not worry about it? That seems like a logical choice at this point because I'm having a very difficult time imagining life without this shower."
"Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel. I loved everything about it. Very conveniently located to everything. Very Walkable to all major restaurants cafes and landmarks.
The only thing I would suggest is a coffee machine in the rooms for those who love there coffee early in the morning like me. "
