"bad service, no intention to help, expedia offered me a room that was not suitable for the people traveling (1 bed for 3 people), extra charges unknown undisclosed something about state taxes 72 BRLs a day. The only thing that worked was the location"
"This is a great property. Great service, cool rooftop pool with the best view ever, clean, professional staff and in a perfect location. Lots of dining and activities surrounding the property.

"The hotel did not meet our expectations, it does not match the price or the reviews. We got a room without a real window (the window faced the hallway) so there is no oxygen inside. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which could not be ventilated. The wall near the air conditioning was wet and with black mold. The air conditioning also smelled. It was very unpleasant. The bed was worn, the mattress had a depression in the middle.The breakfast was only basic, the ingredients did not seem to be of good quality. So far the worst hotel I have been to, I would not return."
