"The property was very clean. Our room was clean; just had a bit of a musty odor Overall, our stay was fine My primary issue was the side entrance did NOT lock at all ..not even after dark. Our room was directly across from the side entrance on the first floor. Per staff, "we have cameras." Cameras are not as effective as locked doors."

"Was a little disappointed with breakfast. I’ve been staying here since 2015. They were out of different breakfast items but overall it was good!"

"The hotel was overbooked. I paid for a double room with a pullout couch. They offered me a king room with couch. They gave me linens for my daughter but had no more blankets. Get to the room and it's dirty. Linens piled in the corner. Go downstairs to tell them. She says there is one last room they can put me in but the lock doesn't work. I told her I was not staying in a room that doesn't lock properly. I was then told I had to get manager approval to get my money back."

"Pool was closed. Our room toilet water was off when we arrived. One of the TVs volume didn’t work. Shower had all empty shampoos body wash and conditioner. Roof leaking where you get breakfast."

"Tv did not work. Sheets were rough and uncomfortable. Front desk gave us trouble with a late check out. Hot tub was brown and disgusting. Would not stay again….. "
