"The hotel is not centrally located as advertised, which was disappointing. The hallways had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful.
I was surprised to be charged for luggage storage, as they only offer paid lockers. The soundproofing is very poor — you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including very intimate noises, which made the stay uncomfortable. There is also noticeable noise from trains outside.
Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price."
"We loved the property, walking distance to train station and loved the breakfast, nice and helpful staff, good for staying overnight, we had long layovers for our connection flight next day and took the train to hotel.the only problem was no elevator and my husband had heart issues and hard to go up through stairs but we didn’t ask to change the floor, I am sure we f we were requested, they were going to change it . Thanks"
