"Our stay was for four nights. The rooms were clean on entry , decent size rooms with a spacious terrace(balcony) , well stacked kitchen with drinking water, toiletries and coffee/sugar satchets .
It would be better if there was daily cleaning of our rooms and regular refill of toiletries. Also to note the heater was not functioning and we had to wait three nights before the technician came in to repair (on the last night). The coffee and sugar satchets were to be picked up daily from Reception and wasn’t replenished into the apartment. Finally we had workers on our balcony doing painting and repair work for a higher floor apartment without any prior intimation nor permission.
For info there is an additional cost for pets per night for stay (no pet bowl, no poop bags or pet food provided as part of the extra cost).
Despite these issues, I still appreciated the good location of the hotel. "
"This is a tricky one as there were some parts which were truly amazing and other parts which were really bad!
The amazing parts were the location, the service and the breakfast. The rooms were well equipped and had everything we needed as a young family. The staff were very nice and helpful. There was parking which was useful and the location was fantastic. Our daughter loved having a bunk bed in our room. The shower was powerful.
The things which were bad could all be fixed/changed, thankfully. The rooms are not noise proof at all- so you can hear every time someone moves a chair or table, which for reasons I don’t quite understand seemed to be happening constantly (above, or either side of us). I feel sorry for our neighbours as our baby still wakes up in the night so might have woken them up. Some of this could be fixed by adding soft ‘feet’ to the furniture perhaps so you can’t hear when people move the chairs? Finally, the beds were really bad (very very hard)- could perhaps look at adding mattress toppers to them (or have some spare if guests ask)? My back was very painful after the stay here.
The lift was also broken when we stayed which meant it was quite difficult getting in and out with a buggy (as it was in constant use) but these things happen and I think they were in the process of fixing it when we left.
In summary, with a couple of changes the hotel would be fantastic in every way and we really wanted to give a higher rating. It was good value, too. "
"Access to the spa is world class, very nice and clean sauna, hammam, and plunge pool.
The room was very nice as well. At the time of my stay there were improvements being undertaken. Never encountered construction noise but evidence of building/remodeling were common. Seemed like a positive sign to me."
"Great value hotel. Clean. Good drinks. Nice rooftop terrace. Friendly and helpful staff - especially in the bar. The girls help with suggested bars to go to and they were great. "
