"Everything is fantastic as usual, but please bring back your great Mexican seafood you had back in the days… (to many hot dogs and dry burgers) And it’s definitely not the fault of personal. You just changing your concept. Shrimp tacos, ceviche and aqua chile became I little less exciting than before"

"Staff is excellent- this is not about them. Rooms are pretty low grade in that they really need to be re painted- patches every where. The headboards for the beds don’t match the size of the bed: king size bed with queen size headboard. Could only get lukewarm water in the shower- was never hot. They did prepare breakfast fresh which is great. The photos on Expedia show this place under much better lighting conditions and filters- the upstairs rooftop tub of water- I think only children would be willing to enter. I would bet no one lounges in the chairs and no one used the fiberglass water container. I was not in my room much & it was $90 US a night so yes it was cheap and I did expect cheap -but I don’t think it would take much maintenance to make the rooms MUCH more pleasurable. Again staff were all very kind and pleasurable very sweet staff throughout. If you are American- it is the equivalent of a Motel 6 minus a pool."

"Front desk, The bellman helped me with my luggage, the suttle driver, the trolley drivers were amazing, they gives us great welcome, and excellent service. The staff from restaurants are fantastic, they gives us great service. I really recommend Mousai Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico ( adults only) has great views, clean rooms, great environment, amazing service. Love this place, definitely come back again."

"we stayed at this property for 10 days and from start to finish they treated us like a royalty. The concierge were great and helped with everything. The housekeeper kept that property so clean it was insane and the restaurant was five star. We’ve stayed in PVR many times before and this was one of our best stays if not our best. We will definitely be staying here again and I can’t wait."
