"My stay was all perfect! My room was super clean and well organized. All items were well- kept and maintained. It's as if everything is brand new. WiFi was also super fast! Most of the staff were respectful and very helpful. Last minute booking for transfer was amazing! I can't complain anything at all. Everything they've done were above and beyond. I will defintely come back for more. 200% guaranteed!"

"Stayed with family for 4 days and 3 nights. The room was nice and we have a good view of the mountains. Very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The restaurant has good food but the breakfast is fair. Some pools are closed and we are only limited on 2 options but my kids enjoy the Laguna pool. Overall it was a good stay."

"This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Everything was excellent—fast transportation to the hotel, quick check in at my room, friendly and kind staff, delicious food and gorgeous beach and grounds. You can feel how much pride they take in making guests happy. I got sick during my trip, and the staff took such good care of me. They checked on me, helped with anything I needed, and made me feel safe and supported. That meant more than I can say. It’s truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I honestly wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else."

"I love the location of the hotel very quiet and less crowded, it’s only 5 minutes walk to the beach where you can see the Keyhole. Free Hotel shuttle is great and always on time. I truly enjoyed their breakfast buffet food was delicious. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Also I love the private terrace, great spot to sip your coffee and enjoy the morning breeze overlooking the pool. Overall a great place to relax and unwind. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you!"
