"Great hotel in an excellent Central location. The room had lovely city views (20th floor), the staff were really friendly and the room had everything needed including a safe, mini fridge etc."

"Very disappointing experience! The interaction began when I received a call that my food delivery had arrived. I asked whether it could be brought to my room since I was in the middle of something. I was told no one was available, which was perfectly fine, and I said I would come down shortly. However when I arrived, the staff member repeatedly questioned whether I was the only person staying in my room. After I answered multiple times that I was traveling alone, she continued asking, "Are you sure?" in a way that felt accusatory and disrespectful. Being asked once is understandable (perhaps it's standard procedure here), but being repeatedly treated as if I was lying was not. I had to ask her 3 times to please give me my food to even get it. That’s how adamant she was with trying to get me to admit something that was not true. I also had a poor experience with the bartender after checkin, who acted as though serving me was an inconvenience. The only reason I'm not giving an even harsher review is because the woman who checked me in was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the customer service I received afterward completely overshadowed that positive interaction. I extended my stay due to a change in travel plans, but I would not choose this hotel again and this woman should not work in hospitality."

"Great spot to stay in Tirana. Easy walk to the main city sites, handy to bars and restaurants, supermarket and laundry. Large clean room, helpful staff with good English. Breakfast was of a reasonable selection, but the hot foods were only luke warm. Possibly due to us arriving at the later end of the breakfast times. Pool looked inviting, but closes at 6pm as it's next to the roof top bar so didn't get to use it. Would stay again."

"Superb staff , especially the reception staff who couldn’t do enough from checking us in to sorting out taxis. Room was spotless and spacious. Only comment would be a bigger tv. Food in the restaurant was amazing and very reasonably priced Swimming pool was good although a little cold Gym was a negative as it’s actually quite unsafe due to the age of the equipment Other negative is the traffic outside the hotel, very busy. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay"

"I was looking for a simple no frills hotel and the Allure fit the bill perfectly. The room was clean and well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't really trouble the reception or cleaning staff during my stay, but was always greeted with a friendly smile whenever we did interact. The reception team spoke excellent English and dealt with my check-in, check-out and taxi request efficiently. The location of the hotel is very convenient for cafes and restaurants and I was able to find all my meals,change currency, replace my phone charger, get a haircut and buy sunscreen within a 5-10 minute walk."
