"This is a basic mid-range motel, really. Mostly adequate. Certainly nothing justifies the price or the very high ratings, which makes one wonder about hte algorithm used to generate the score. Most things are fine and the staff is competent. But the mattress in my room was the worst I have ever experienced. Lumpy, nothing left between the user and the springs. "

When I returned they said they needed another 10 minutes to check. I went for a walk and came back waited for over a half an hour before asking again if they had found it and was told no.
Seems like they would have let me sit all day waiting for an answer if I hadn’t asked again.
I hope in the future they come up with a better system for lost or stolen items. "
