"The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail and hospitality really made a difference.
The location was perfect—close to everything, yet still peaceful and relaxing. We loved being able to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops with ease, then come back and unwind.
The amenities were top-notch, and everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Whether relaxing at the hotel or heading out for the day, everything felt effortless.
Overall, this was a 5-star experience in every way. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!"

"Not the best vacation! This was our second time staying here and it was not the same experience unfortunately! I called letting them know we would be there earlier than check in and the lady on the phone assured me that between 12:30-1 they flip a lot of rooms I would just have to pay a $25 early check in fee. That was not the case we sat for hours walking up numerous times asking if a room was available yet as me and my family sat in the lobby. I watched numerous people check in early as I was still told there were no rooms available. Our room was clean but had no water pressure so showering was terrible. The pool area is a free for all now that there is a bar in there! Parents are to busy drinking than watching their children. It was very busy and parents were letting their kids go down the slide 10 kids at a time. My son got kicked in the face because of this going on. I had parents move our stuff off chairs when we were in the pool one day. This trip was so bad that we left a day early and called it a loss. The check out guy was nice. Also had a terrible experience with them trying to still charge me for the 4th day of parking and the lady on phone was rude telling me it don’t show we checked out early and that she would have to make sure our room key wasn’t used in order to refund me for parking. Just all around not a good experience and this was our second time here planning to be our yearly family vacation. "
"First of all, Nashville needs to realize it’s not Chicago. There’s a reason people travel south and it’s not just the weather. Southern hospitality is a treasured commodity that is missed without human interaction. I’m a northern girl that typically prefers efficiency
With that being said"
"Breakfast wasn’t very good. We skipped it the 2nd day. Room was ok outside of bathroom. Needs refreshed or something- didn't seem clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Guess I missed the parking fees. They charged $15 a day, which is cheaper than the $20 general parking in the area I guess. "
