"We had a fabulous 2 night stay here. The room was so cozy-deer right outside our window! Bathroom amenities were L'Occitane. The restaurant is really great. We went for a cocktail one night and ended up staying for dinner because the vibe was so good. Service was excellent. They provide free bus passes to get into town and the stop is right outside the hotel. Super easy to get to the main street and back again. Highly recommend-it was an unexpected highlight!"
"Half of the property was being renovated during our stay but this didn't affect us. Rooms were modern, clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. Staff was friendly and welcoming. "

"Pool and hot tub both inoperable for the entire 2 week stay. Very disappointing. Staff was mostly helpful. The cold water tap in the room was rarely cold, even when left to run for minutes. It was usually quite warm almost hot so drinking water had to be sourced from elsewhere. Housekeeping was excellent. Didn’t try the restaurant in the hotel. Location is excellent. Everything is right around the corner. "

Building and parking lot extremely dated and I'm sure the property will be flipped for future condo developments which is the rage in Canmore right now. I was frustrated that they have streaming service remotes etc. on site but do not offer any streaming services capability and the cable tv connection was poor. Volume and picture constant interruptions while trying to watch Property should remove ROKU devices from rooms if not providing streaming services Telephone also did not work"
