"Cuadra was really central to most of the places we wanted to visit in Roma Norte. There were convenience stores, restaurants, street stalls, jewellery stores, clothing stores, coffee shops –pretty much anything you wanted nearby was there and within walking distance. The vineyard on the property was beautiful, the room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and the Roma Norte area overall was just stunning. "

"There was a problem with my flight and I needed to change my reservation. They didn't respond or try to work with me about this issue and the only result was for me to pay for another night. I had a broken ankle which made the situation worse. Other than that things were ok. I had stayed at the Hotel Block Suites before and noticed that they put me in a room where the curtains didn't work, the floor and walls were dirty. They are ok for some mobility impaired people because they have no stairs. However, you can't use the shower and there were no grab bars."
