Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Shoreditch East
8/10 Good
"The rooms are tiny and I booked the larger family room so I could have space. Then the hotel decided to move me into a tiny room without asking me. When I arrived to see my room that I didn't book, I was not happy. It took a minute to complain--which I shouldn't have to do if you just honor the room someone booked, you wouldn't hear complaints. "
"Has self check in which was chaotic!
Breakfast was good but à la carte and took a long while plus you get charged for more then one drink eg if you want coffee and juice "
"We booked to stay here for two nights for a wedding and I must say we were so impressed. Firstly, the location was very close to all the places we were going with the wedding party. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who gave us all the information we needed. The lift made us chuckle as we had never seen anything like it!. Moving onto the room, I had read some previous reviews about it being a dated place. I must say that our room was so lovely. It was very comfortable, clean and had the added bonus of a coffee machine. Room was a little hot and the aircon wasnt amazing but our windows opened a bit so we were okay with that. We had breakfast yesterday morning and we found it substantial for a continental breakfast. Only comment would be that it needs to have better allergy options, drink options and perhaps more tables and chairs. Overall I would 100% stay here again if I had to come to Shoreditch and I would recommend people to give the hotel a chance!"
"The staff is really friendly and the price was cheap. Depending on a room location it might get loud at night with traffic outside a window and very thin walls and ceiling. It's good for a short stay"
"The room was looks like in the middle of renovation. Interiors and how the room was decorated was slightly strange. No double grazed windows so you can hear the noise outside quite loud. No blackout curtains. They were earplugs and eye mask for that. "
