"i got there in the evening and the booking information stated that I HAD to call the phone number first so that someone could show up and let me in! My phone was not working because even though xfinity representatives with my carrier said it was unlocked I found out when I got to Japan it was actually stll locked. I had a nice stranger call and the hotel in English confirmed that the information was not true and that I could simply show up because there was staff there for late into the evening. This relieved all the stress this was causing me because I didnt want to hunt for another hotel around 9 pm at night."

"Only had 1 minor bump at checkin with the tourism tax, but that was mostly due to the language barrier. Room was very nice and the hotel is very clean. The room is quite small, however. Breakfast assortment was delightful, exactly what I ’d expect in Japan. Very glad I stayed here."

"Lovely hotel and ideal for a walk to the station. Fresh bottle of water provided every day. We didn’t try the breakfast and unfortunately ran out of time to try the Onsen. Would def recommend hotel as all staff very helpful and clean hotel."

"I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and brought my luggage for the hotel to hold prior to check in. I was in the lobby about one hour prior to check in and the staff came over and said that my rooms were ready, I so appreciated it! Breakfast buffet is excellent, worth the cost and has so many Japanese dishes to enjoy as well as pancakes, cereal, pastries. I had forgotten my plug adapter and the staff gave a suggestion on where to buy it. Room was nice and well stocked (slippers, tea/coffee, comb, toothbrush/toothpaste).They had bath small towel, razors in the lobby. Would stay here again!"
