"I cannot thank the staff at Hilton KL Sentral enough for their excellent service and help. I stayed there a couple times for my egg freezing trips. During my first stay, I lost one injection in the fridge. I called the hotel after realising I didn’t bring it back, Ida responded and found the med immediately. Then they kept it for me in a fridge and brought it to my room during my next visit (coordinated by Clift). Really appreciate the help 🙏"
"First of all my room was not ready for check in until 3:40 pm local time. My family had to repeatedly go to lobby to check if room was ready. Toilet in room made noise all night and trains passing by my room disturbed my sleep.
