"Nice updated hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff, the service was excellent. The rooms are very nice, although the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, especially in the morning when it was likely under strain from many guests at once. The main challenge is that the wifi in the rooms is shockingly problematic, I haven't had such issues at any hotel in years - and this was after they moved my room because the first room wifi was basically non-functional - but still the wifi only works very well in the lobby. The quality of the breakfast food is good, but the variety of options could be improved."

An horrendous sewage smell in the mornings. Initially thought was in the room, but the whole area was very smelly - apparently “it’s normal”"

"The receptionist was exceptionally rude and said cruel things to my guests that were traveling with me. She treated us as if we were not worthy of her hotel. I had paid 5 months in advance and she acted as if they didn’t have a room for us but a later receptionist showed us 4 rooms to choose from. I wrote to management and the failed to respond. The first room
That the rude woman gave us smelled strongly of mold. It was u bearable but we thought we had no choice. Then the helpful man gave us real options. Never again. "
"Good location etc. but staff were not welcoming and didn't speak English as advertised (doesn’t bother me and I’m happy to will it with Google translate, but if you’re going to advertise it and also look like you cannot be bothered to be there, doesn’t make for a good impression). Rooms not cleaned unless you ask. Can probably find similar places with more of a welcome and similar amenities if you plan in advance, nothing special. "
