"Property is a little rundown but the room was nice and clean, breakfast was great and the pool is really cool. Location on the beach is ideal. Plenty surrounding restaurants. Was a little noisy late into the night especially considering it was a weeknight."
"My balcony faced another hotel’s balcony with thick wires hanging done in front and you could barely see the beach if you turned your head 90 degrees. The bananas at the continental breakfast looked like they had been to the war front! The were brown and damaged. Also, there was no bedspread. They only had a small piece of a bedspread covering the foot of the bed. The window shade did not block the sun and the room was too bright for sleeping. The shower leaked water all over the floor and was slippery and dangerous."
"This property is in a great location! Easy beach access, close to everything on the seawall. Small pool, decent breakfast. Fair warning, you WILL hear your neighbors, especially from upstairs. Would stay here again."

"Beach view faced buildings and a vacant parking lot. Side view of beach about 30%. We asked for ocean view at check-in and was told “the room your getting will be fine. You probably won’t stay in your room anyway”. I said we wanted to sit on balcony and enjoy the morning coffee view of ocean and would pay extra but they would not change it for us."
