"The staff and main floor were excellent. The room left a lot to be desired. Stained floors and a broken sink greeted us. The bed was fine and it was mostly quiet. Disappointed in the room quality but the rest is fine. "
"What a disappointing hotel. When I booked on hotels.com it looked a rather nice property and when I got there it was a 1970s building with the matching interior that's dated. The room has damaged/ worn furniture and the bathroom was very dirty. Also the hotel stairways stank of blocked toilets . The breakfast was not as described or shown.. sausages not nice and the no hash browns and not enough cereals for children. Staff don't know how to clean and if they are investing in a refit program they need to train the staff to clean properly. "

"I had the best nights sleep in this hotel. It was extremely quiet. even the fan was quiet but worked well. The room was clean,the check in was easy.The hotel felt safe for a single traveller.
The calmness of the hotel helps anyone who needs a break or to just quiet down for a bit."
