"We had a fantastic stay and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well maintained throughout. Every member of staff we encountered was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference.
A special mention for the early check-in – we arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to be in our room by 10am, even though the usual check-in time is 3pm. That was hugely appreciated and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Breakfast was also fabulous, with plenty of choice and everything fresh and well presented.
There’s genuinely nothing negative I could say – everything exceeded expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again."
"Lots of queuing. Check in took a very long time, both waiting and at the desk itself. Long queues for breakfast despite lots of tables being available."
"The room was clean, little outdated and probably in need of some TLC but we had a great view of London bridge. Staff were nice, unfortunately there was a little bit of communication issues in some aspects.
Overall it was a lovely stay"

6/10 Okay
"Staff, amenities, and quality is average, in the best way possible. It’s the bare minimum for a hotel in my opinion. However; the elevators suck, extremely slow, and the room we got was very small, and lacked ventilation. If the room was slightly bigger, maybe with the bathroom in a separate room, and not next to the bed. It’d get 5 stars. "
