"The Langham Melbourne is a gorgeous hotel, elegant and lovely staff. I always love a stand alone shower in a hotel - though the shower head could be further out from the wall). The only things that could be addressed is perhaps it is time for new mattresses, as the current ones have obvious dips and quicker service at the bar (we waited over 20 minutes for cocktails at 5PM on a Friday evening). Overall a gorgeous hotel, would stay again."

Toilet had faeces on it upon check in. Told reception staff and requested it be cleaned which was never done, had to clean it myself.
Shower and overall cleanliness of the room was very poor - spilt coffee stain on the breakfast bench and shower screen had soap on the screen which would indicate it was not cleaned sufficiently "
"The place was a great spot in Southbank. Within walking distance to the many of the features. Great gym and breakfast. A special shout out to Paul from the Edwin Cellars Bar. He knows his wine and is always happy to recommend great wines to try. "
