"The place was nice, but the stools in the bathrooms were so dirty and disgusting. The staff was helpful and very nice. The room the nice but not storage and no bathroom door. Not place to store suitcases. No hooks to hang our towels. I would stay here again, but that’s after looking at some place better first."

"The hotel was visually stunning and very large. Within the lobby you could easily access the 7/11 convenience store, restaurants, a lovely bar with live piano music and the aurora sky bar. The hotel was located right next to the tunnel entrance to walk easily to shinjuku station (which took about 10 minutes to walk through).
We got the cheapest room which was very spacious and the beds were very comfy and the bathroom was also spacious and clean. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend and return here."
