"The property is superold!! This is NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!! We had all inclusive and premium and thanks to this we could enjoy some silence outside the normal fully crowded areas. The building hasn't been renovated since 20 years inside..at least! Cockroaches in the bath room is apparently something you have to count with. No what so ever cozy place in the hotel... beside your own balcony. The hotel photos have probably been taken long time ago.. never coming back to this 3 star hotel. "

"Was a terrible expirience beacuse in the wasn't air condition, they remodeled the hotel recently and there is an strong painting smeel inside the room, also was not clean i have a video i found a lot of hair in the bathroom, they sent someone to clean but i saw all the hair after they clean. i don't think they have a capable staff, i asked to speak with the manager and he wasn't able to talk to me even by phone throuht the rececionist girl. at the end we decided to left the hotel and we didn't...

"The Botanico is a very beautiful property with terrific service. The pools are beautiful and the breakfast quite tasty. Easy to get taxis from the hotel and still walking distance to many places including the beautiful Botanic Gardens nearby."

"The place was lovely, people very friendly, we came late to check in and found a bottle of water on the table which we desperate needed, it saved us! Also bottle of wine which was very nice. The building was looking calming that you wanted to stroll around, get to swimming pool or just sit on a tarace, children could be there for all day. Definitely we will return there. "
