Es la primera vez que me quedo en un BandB en mi vida y eso por que en mi búsqueda, ya no encontré hoteles por festejo de 25 abril en Italia, pienso yo, creo que prefiero los hoteles, ya que cualquier inconveniente o problema lo resuelven en recepción. El anfitrión antipático y casi nada de comunicación, y había visto en otros comentarios que era muy cordial y comunicativo, en fin eso es lo de menos, el último día de nuestra estancia por la noche no hubo agua caliente para bañarnos y se le comunicó, y la respuesta fue que lo resolvería a primera hora, no hay recepción, toda comunicación es por whats app, se dio el siguiente día y sin agua caliente, teníamos un vuelo temprano y no pudimos bañarnos ni una noche antes ni por la mañana temprano. Solo hubo disculpas, pero eso es una mala experiencia, y ojalá otros huéspedes no pasen por eso, e imagino, yo viaje por turismo y salí sin poderme bañar, pero si alguien va por trabajo o compromiso y tiene que ir limpio y presentable, esto le arruina su día. El desayuno, no es nada personalizado. Un vale para cambiar en una cafetería abajo, café y mini pizza o pan dulce. Lo rescatable la señora que hacía la limpieza, muy cordial y ayudo a resolver como ella pudo, lo que el anfitrión no hizo, ya que después de que llegamos, se fue.

Deludente rispetto a quanto pubblicizzato: camera VIOLET angusta e rumorosa durante tutta la notte per un probabile ventilatore acceso nel cortile. Inoltre alcune recensioni parlavano di un'ottima e varia colazione, avvalorata da belle foto, che invece viene servita al bar sottostante composta da un caffé e un cornetto a persona. Il cappuccino era in sostituzione del caffé! Ho soggiornato presso la struttura dal 18 al 20 ottobre 2023

La struttura si trova nel centro di Napoli poi via Chiaie è elegante e si trova vicino a via Toledo e piazza Trento e Trieste comodo da chi come me arrivava dalla stazione di Napoli centrale. La camera è un po’ piccola ma c è il balcone che si affaccia proprio su via Chiaie. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo sia con la collaboratrice che con il sig. Fabio. Spero di tornare il più presto possibile

We had a great stay, Thanks much to Alessandra and Fabio for being so attentive and helpful! Location of this hotel is perfect - walking distance to subway (very easy connection with railway station), port, sea-side and lots of tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend the place, it's super great deal money/value wise. Thanks again to Fabio for helping us with last minute booking and rebooking taxi and to Alessandra for great recommendations where to go and what to do :)

Great location. Friendly host, very accommodating, let us leave luggage after check-out. Left us a Napoli sweet--sfogiliatelle--on our last day. Most of the time, there is no staff present, but she answers messages promptly. There is an elevator. Cute breakfast room; fridge in the room with breakfast supplied each day (juice, water, yogurt, milk, coffee pods, jam, hard-bread); cereal and coffee machine in the breakfast room, fresh, warm croissant delivered each morning. Just one big door to the balcony (no windows); pretty noisy from the street if door is open, but necessary for air. No screens.
