Excellent location and staff. I look forward to staying there again. Staff was helpful. Please note there are no elevators in case that is important and there are 3 floors. If not an issue, this is an excellent place and everything is close by. Loved it!!

The overall state of the hotel is very outdated. There’s no elevator to access the upper level levels and the stairs and hallway smell like urine. I complain to the staff about the bedding being dirty and it seemed like it was an issue or inconvenience to them when I mentioned it.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the experience pleasant. There were a few housekeeping details that could use some attention. The carpets looked a little dirty, there was dust on the coffee pot, so I didn't feel comfortable using it, and the lights above the bathroom mirror were also dusty. The pillows were quite flat and could be more comfortable. Despite these issues, the hotel was comfortable overall, and the helpful staff made a positive impression. With a little more attention to cleanliness and room maintenance, this would easily be a 5-star stay.It sounds honest, fair, and constructive rather than overly critical.

The hotel is small with no elevator. It had a nice balcony where one can sit with a book, or some friends that over looks the street. The feel gave me a St. Thomas Virgin Island/Puerto Rico vibe. It’s fresh, and clean. The staff were very good at providing suggestions of where to eat or go. The island is very small. Our room was clean and just enough room for two who weren’t going to spend a lot of time inside.
This guy visited us every day. We did not feed him
the new from the room. A different cruise ship each day.
