My partner is a veteran with a service dog and we were treated poorly and disrespectfully because the employee didn't like dogs and the manager on duty the following day matched that same energy. There was no breakfast and the only two vending machines were so over priced it blew my mind.

This hotel is misrepresented in the app. Rented this unit studying full kitchen however there were no dishes, pots pans glasses silverware nothing. If you want it plate paper plates anything you have to purchase them from the front desk in a package. Or go to another store and buy your own. Was really inconvenient we were intending on cooking. Had to spend on budgeted funds to eat out. There were only two sets of towels for three adults on the reservation. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. I asked for bedding and did not get any so we could not pull out the sofa bed very inconvenient. I was not happy with this hotel. I was advised by staff that this past October 2024 they no longer were a hotel they have been transitioning no have transitioned into housing units.

The room wasn't ready at checkin time,had to wait 40 minutes. The kitchen had nothing that could be used during the stay. They want you to purchase pot and pan set to use in the kitchen. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient

The property wa clean on the outside and inside for the most part. Beds were clean. There were roaches crawling on the walls in the hallway and in the rooms. Staff was rude when asked about getting a blanket and a couple extra pillows.

The minute we walked into our room there were a swarm of bugs crawling out of the baseboard and in the bathroom. There were 2 towels for 5 people. A kitchenette with no supplies. There was a foot print on the sheets of our bed.

My wife and i were going out to eat dunner and thats when we noticed thr fire dept in front. Hall was full of smoke but no fire alarm went off to warn us. Smoke inhalation is very dangeriuse also.
