Understaffed. There was rarely anyone behind the front desk. I stayed on the second floor, which reeked of an unidentifiable foul odor. The pool was out of order and the card unlock on the side door I used didn't work. Also, the breakfast either had very few options or was non-existent every morning. That being said, I was thankful that the sheets in my room were clean.

The room had spiders, trash can in bathroom still had trash in it, a bunch of ants where crawling along the window. The hotel gave motel vibes. 2/10 there were dry towels that had stain on the. Shower water was cold wouldn't get hot. Terrible stay. Nothing in vending machines, no beverages

From pulling up in the parking lot, the place looked like a ghost town. There were weeds everywhere, trash and just not taken care of at all. Walking in there were no automatic doors, the lobby was a mess, dirty and you could barely see out the windows. Got our room, we’re on the second floor. She tells us there’s no elevators, you have to take the stairs. So we decided to go look at the room first, stairway is a mess, the doors are hard to open, hallway a mess and we get to the room and the lights don’t work. Go all the way back downstairs, tell her about the lights, she gives us another room, so we go grab some stuff out of our vehicle, which we had to sit down to open both sets of doors to get in, go up the stairs again to the second room and it’s not even made. At this point, seeing how dirty the place is, no elevator, rooms and halls are a mess. We tell her we want to cancel and want our money back. Which she didn’t hesitate, but did say to me that she could have charged me to cancel, Really? What a nightmare!

On par for the brand I guess. Missing toilet paper holder in bathroom. Only 2 lights in the room - one at the entrance and one bedside so it is pretty dark in the room. Our TV didn't work when we arrived - front desk clerk came and changed the setting so it would work. Once she fixed it the main issue was there was a grid of light dots on the television screen that went from top to bottom side to side and showed up anything we watched. We noticed when the television wasn't working that same grid was present with the LG logo bouncing around the screen. That means those dots were 'burned' into the screen by someone leaving the tv on for extended periods of times while it wasn't working properly. We didn't use the breakfast but would have it there were some hard boiled eggs - no protein at all on the breakfast. Fine if all you want is sugary carbs. The location could not be beat - close to Delaware, Columbus, etc and easy on/off the interstate. Property itself is fairly well maintained.

There was no laundry facility for use even though they were selling small boxes of detergent in the little store at the desk. When i asked the staff why they would sell those if there is no laundry machine for use, she responded "I don't know" with no further explanation. Also taking girls from a wrestling tournament to the hotel and they were excited to swim and we didn't know the pool was drained until we already checked in. There was no mention of this in the website or in the communication from the hotel leading up to our stay.

Weekend stay

Customer service was great from the friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean and well kept. Continental breakfast was nice with cereal,yogurt,frenchtoast,waffles,bagels,oatmeal etc. also coffee,tea and several juices. Plenty of parking too.
