TheFor your hotel service, we are impressed by the cheerful, polite and helpful manner of your reception staff in several shifts. Our needs are attended and responded quickly. The breakfast is very delicious. My wife loved the crepes the most! Please deliver our appreciations to your reception and catering colleagues. For the room design, it is very stylish. My only feedback is the floor of the shower room is slippery when it is wet that once I almost slipped and knocked at the glass wall after bathing. A plastic mat placing on the shower room floor for making it less slippery might help. I would surely recommend your hotel to anyone who would stay in Istanbul.

素敵なホテルでした

イスタンブールを観光して回るのにとても良い場所でした。部屋も清潔で広く、個性的で素敵でした。テラスのある部屋にしてとても良かったです。スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、ハマムの予約など大変助かりました。朝食は品数が多く、どれも美味しかったです。ホテルに飼われている猫もとても可愛く、癒されました。またトルコに来ることがあれば、また泊まりたいと思いました。友達にトルコに行く人がいれば、おすすめしたいホテルです。

A very nice and quiet hotel a short walk from the main sites in Sultanameth. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. Finally, the breakfast was amazing. One could almost say that you pay for the breakfast and get the room as a bonus.

Hotel is ideally located in Sultanahmet, so a short walk to most visited sites. Lots of restaurants nearby. Not a chain, so rather an individual property, in a good way. All staff were great, although the breakfast team were especially so, who all seem genuinely pleased to welcome you each morning. The breakfast is also marvellous.

Aaron is a star employee!!

The room was clean and quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly especially Aaron who went to great lengths to help us contact the airline when our flight was cancelled and our airport transfers operators to make amendments due to new flights information. So grateful about it. Breakfast was fantastic.The only negative comment is that Wifi was bad.

Hotel is very unique and adds this lovely touch of exploration to the stay as each room is related to some famous person, musician, artist, writer, etc. Very convenient location, just minutes from all main touristic places and at the same time to the waterfront to enjoy evening walks. Staff is super helpful and welcoming, Eren is the superstar! Everyone who was serving at the breakfast are top notch (and breakfast itself a separate experience in such a beautiful city)! Highly recommended for authentic, boutique experience.

The breakfast at Hotel Poem was incredible! Wish I was staying longer than just the 1 night. Everyone at the property was so helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Poem!!! We stayed last month and had an amazing experience - Eren (the receptionist) was such a joy to be around and made us feel right at home every day. The Turkish breakfast was delightful, with new and different items every morning. Location is unbeatable, just steps away from Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque/Basilica Cistern. Hagia Sophia also has a tram stop, so it made getting to the rest of the city also very easy. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great experience staying at the hotel Poem. All the tourist attractions in Sultanahmet are easily accessible by walking. We couldn't appreciate enough the exceptional service and hospitality from Eren, everytime we run into him, he was welcoming and with a genuine interest in us being satisfied, and we loved his "British" accent!! Gökhan was very helpful with our check-in and he was very attentive with us getting settled. Arif, our waiter at breakfast was always with a great attitude and ready to help us. Overall we had a wonderful experience in Istanbul thanks to all the Hotel Poem staff!

Amazing place to stay close to attractions

Everything about this boutique hotel was amazing. The location is within walking distance of most attractions and there are plenty of shops and dining within a block of the hotel. The breakfast was one of the largest and best breakfast we have experienced from a hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if/when we come back to Istanbul.

Das Hotel Poem hat uns begeistert. Es hebt sich wohltuend von all den großen Ketten ab und hat einen einzigartigen Stil. Die Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet, total gemütlich und wie das ganze gesamte Hotel sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum und extrem vielfältig. Das Personal ist zuverkommend, freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist einfach genial. Sollten wir nochmal nach Istanbul reisen, werden wir sicher wieder hier übernachten.
