Not so good of a stay sliding door to patio didn’t lock I called front desk 3 times maintenance came and tried to wedge door shut I asked how will I go onto the patio he said I don’t know. Reading light on one side of the bed didn’t work. Phone in restroom hanging off the wall mold was in the crack of jacuzzi tub I asked to be transferred to another room but got denied. Alex at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional

The staff was everywhere and very friendly. The hotel had excellent internal transportation and service was fast. The food was good to excellent and we rarely had to wait for our needs.

Our first time atan all inclusive, we were really impressed. The place was very clean, the staff excellent the food was good, transportation on the large property was great. The transportation from the airport was not good, we had to wait a long time and although my wife speaks fluent spanish, the communication was very poor. Lots of staff standing around and not really helpful. From the hotel to the airport was excellent.

When we got to our room it was heavily scented and there was an undertone of mustyness. The next morning we could really smell the mould, we had gone to one of the presentations with an exotic travel agent and told them about the mould in the room. All they said was “oh that’s not good”. We had lunch then went to the front desk to tell them about the mould. Someone had maintenance out to change the filter of the AC. The problem with this is, it wasn’t the filter that was the problem even though it was disgusting, there was actual black looking mould in the AC unit. So I went back to the front desk to show them the video I took of the mould in the unit. He said they would have someone come with a machine to take the smell out. No one arrived. I went back to the front desk again to request a room change. The fella at the desk was very helpful, he put the request in and when we got back the following night after an excursion we were supposed to have another room. He said they gave the room away because of an emergency. So I asked for another request to be put in. He said to come back the following morning. So after 3 nights in mould which was making me physically ill, I went again to the front desk at 8am, they put in another request for a room change and told us to check out at 12 then come back at 3 for the new room.We had a massage booked @3 so came after. They had given the room away again. They finally upgraded us but even that room had a mild mould smell. There is more…

The property grounds were very beautiful. The staff was really nice. The breakfast and lunch options were good. The dinner food quality was below what we have experienced from other resorts. We appreciated the 'more inclusive' options including a trip to Maroma Beach and round trip transportation from/to the airport.

The food was amazing, I had so much wonderful food. There were some good activities. The catamaran and snorkling was nice. I paid extra to scuba dive and it was wonderful. Booking dinner is somewhat complicated. You should do it as soon as you arrive because many restaurants don't have availability unless you're a week out. There is an app but it doesn't always work, so you have to book with a concierge and they aren't always near your room, have limited operating hours, and sometimes can't book you right away because they have computer issues. Eventually I got booked and got to try many of the different restaurants. The staff was excellent and the food was amazing. There were some art activities like pot painting and tie dye. It's limited to 10 people so show up early. These activities are very fun. There is a chalk board where you can see the schedule, that is the only place this information is available.

Looks like many things are being updated or recently updated! Food at restaurants were pretty good, some things better than others. Our door at first wouldn’t latch well and would come back and it would be open. They did come and made it a bit better so it would latch if we closed it just right. The air conditioner leaked water all over so was glad we didn’t have anything sitting near it. Overall we had a great time though! They also could be a bit pushy on the joining as a member.

Property was beautiful and staff was easy to communicate with, great service and quick. Only complaint would be there is no buffet for dinner/lunch option. You have to make reservations for any dinner options and most nights were completely booked so we ended up having to order room service quite a bit. Food was good. Would stay again
