The hotel is older, and in bad need of an update. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, was soft and felt old. The continental breakfast was pretty terrible. Would have been nice to have eggs or yogurt available. There was no hairdryer in the room.

No amenities, no breakfast. People are allowed to smoke weed in the rooms and could smell it :( Otherwise, okay for a stop over but there's nothing special about it. Staff are nice, room was clean.

The staff when we arrived was on the phone with a friend. Waited about 4 min. They have an extra $50 charge for keys. Said that we would be reimbursed if every thing was ok. The internet never worked. Wanted to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work either.

My rooms were not ready when I got there, I have to put my own pillow cases on because the staff handed me my pillow cases, drain in bathtub was slow, didn’t have coffee or tea in my room. Sliding door was unlocked when we entered room 142. Staff was kind, parking was easy, just expected better

Yes it was adequate. We like staying there when we are in Albuquerque and always pleasant. This time around our room had only one towel and no shampoo, soap etc. The hair dryer was also missing. Room was okay but not as tidy as they usually are. But we will stay there again because perhaps they were having an off week.

We didn’t get to stay at this hotel. We showed up and were told they did not have a room for us and we would need to go to their sister hotel next door. Very frustrating since the hotel next door didn’t have the amenities we booked this hotel for (we were still welcome to use the amenities but it became much less convenient to do so). Staff at the Crowne Plaza where we did stay were amazing.

The hotel is a good value and has a good location. Cleanliness was an issue. The heating/cleaning system for the room was dirty, I pulled out the filters and shook them out on the balcony. I have seen this before in other hotels and wonder why they don't put them on a periodic cleaning basis. The return air in the bathroom was also suspect. Staff was very good. They need to clean the heating/ cooling systems.
