Excellent AC, large rooms, comfortable bed. Mini-fridge is a bonus. Properly was very quiet and I loved the keyless entry. Only issue is I didn't know it was keyless & I didn't hear from the property about it. It was no problem once I got there but made me contact them. Go to the connected bar if you need anything. Location is great if that's the area you want to stay in. Walkable & safe.

This was a pretty nice hotel. The room was clean, the staff was nice and attentive. This is a great location within walking distance of Getsemaní and Centro area with the market near the clock tower. There is a bar connected and a great restaurant across the street that serves coffee and sandwiches etc. My only issue was the noise. The room doors are not solid nor flush to the frames. It was like a build out inside your home rather than what you’d expect from a hotel. I mean you could hear EVERYTHING. Guests were hanging out in the hallway, super noisy although very nice and they didn’t seem bothered to move or quiet down when they saw us go into our room. Just kept right on, so always keep cultural differences in mind when traveling. Aside from that, I have no real complaints and would honestly stay here again. I didn’t go on this vacation in the heart of the city to be quiet. It was truly a blast.
