Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and exactly as described. The breakfast was always plentiful and delicious. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions, public transit, and dining. But above all I want to highlight how incredible the staff are. Truly genuinely kind and happy and helpful. I will certainly be staying here again when next I visit.

I have really enjoyed staying here with my family. Very clean and best location for old and new town. The best part of all is the people working in this hotel. I have met three people on the front desk, two at the restaurant, and two for cleaning. All are wonderful, kind, and very helpful. There was a strange smell on the bunk bed, and they offer another room for us. Everything was perfect! I will definitely stay here again in my future trip in Istanbul!!!

We loved our stay at RW. amazing service every minute of the day, especially the front desk person Ahmet, who would always greet us with a wonderful smile and fabulous attitude. Very modern and extremely clean hotel, very well located, 5/7 min walk from sultanahmet square, perfect room size. Our room was Cleaned and restocked every morning. Housekeeping personnel always nice and smiling, as well as the breakfast staff. Best Turkish breakfast ever with a wonderful view in the rooftop. Plus has a small elevator. 100% recommended!!

This is one of my favorite hotels ever. It was very fancy, great breakfast, and the friendliest people running it. We left at 2am to go to the airport, and they even had a care package for us with sandwiches, apples and waters .

3 minuts from the blue mosque - but no windows

Really nice hotel, very helpful crew, and a lovely breakfast with local stuff like rose jam. Very good location very close to the blue mosque, approx. 10 minuts walk to Haga Sofia and the same to the basilica cistern. Good size room for 3 persons, but with no real windows - just artificial light panels. When we choose the room, it didn´t say anything about the missing windows on hotels.com danish website - it even stated that there are black out curtains, so it was a bad surprice. The hotel showed us, that is was listed on the Expedia website and they tried to help us change room, but was fully booked. Other rooms at the hotel has real windows - just not ours. Ahmed in the hotel reception was very nice and helpful.

We were a family of 4 and all of us liked the attention to cleanliness and detail. A special mention to Erhaan who took care of us and made us feel comfortable. He spoke fluent English and seemed to care genuinely. His suggestions to baklava locations were accurate. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent property. The room was small but the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom very stylish and modern, everything worked perfectly. Loved the little balcony. The rooftop restaurant was superb.. like the little touches like fresh squeezed orange juice. And the location is fantastic! Can't say a bad word about this place!

Perfekt lokation i Fatih området

Perfekt lokation i Fatih området med gåafstand til de vigtigste seværdigheder. Personalet føles som familie! Jeg var afsted med min mor, og havde et værelse med to enkelte senge med vindue væk fra vejen. Værelserne er ret små, men med håndbagage kuffert kan man godt være der. De har alt det man har brug for: elkedel, te, kaffe, køleskab og vandflasker, som fyldes op dagligt. Der er rengøring hver dag og nye friske håndklæder. Terassen med morgenmad er skøn! Personalet er så søde og serviceminded. Jeg elskede idéen med at de serverer det hele på det fad, og så kan du udover de ting bestille æg, juice, kaffe og te 👌
