I had a wonderful experience at Havana Residence. The place is very clean and well taken care of, which made my stay comfortable from the start. The location is perfect—right in the center and within walking distance of many main attractions. It’s only a 5-minute walk to Taksim, 12 minutes to Galata Tower, and about 10 minutes to Galataport. Because everything is so close, getting around was incredibly easy and convenient. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend Havana Residence to anyone visiting the area!

It's next to various clubs that play music until the early hours of the morning, so if you're looking to have fun, this is the place to be, but if you want to sleep and enjoy peace and quiet, you might want to reconsider. Good Wi-Fi connection and daily room cleaning. It's not far from the underground station and there are restaurants and plenty of shopping options. Every time I visit Istanbul, I stay at the Havana residence in Beyoğlu. It truly feels like home! The location is perfect — right in the center, so everything is within walking distance: shops, cafes, and all the main attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the room service lady is simply wonderful — kind, hardworking, and always smiling. The owner is just as amazing — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. I’ve stayed here several times, and the experience is consistently excellent. If you’re looking for a cozy, central place with genuine hospitality, this is the best choice in Istanbul.

The rooms are clean and nice. Unfortunately you cannot operate the air conditioner because there is no remote control. Since the building is old, the rooms are cold and poorly insulated. you can easily hear even the slightest sound from the outside and inside the hotel in the room.

There is no reception and it is an unmarked building. Had a really hard time trying to check-in and after calling hotels.com was able to at least leave my bags. Had I known early check-in was not an option I wouldn’t have booked. The side furnishings in the room were still wet from having been wiped down with cheap cleaning fluid. The bed was comfy though and thankfully I went for the premium deluxe room

This was my third stay at this property. The location is not bad, close to restaurants and bars, and especially on weekends there is a lot of nightlife in the neighbourhood. Overall, communication with the manager is good, and the cleanliness and condition of the room are good. The only negative is that, both during my previous stay and this last one, the television did not work, and this has happened in two different rooms (rooms 5 and 2). Something should be done about this if you want to maintain good feedback levels.
