Worst hotel in the 106 countries that I traveled

I wanted to check in half an hour early and was told that my room was not ready. Fair enough I went out and had lunch then came back to the hotel. Overall the hotel was poorly maintained. That was before I realized that they have a cafe/bar next door that plays music until one thirty in the morning so no sleep possible. Also I was not happy with finding fruit flies in my room given the fact that I stayed there in December. I could not get any rest in this hotel. There was mold in the shower’s ceiling, torn floor covering and breakfast was bad. The only positive comment is the location very convenient to everything other than that AVOID. Even the shampoo bottles were not clean!

En el cuarto de baño había pelos en el inodoro, y eso q había un falso precinto roto. Se fue La Luz, por la mañana muy temprano, más bien q por la reforma q querían hacer y cortar por ello La Luz, lo podían haber realizado al medio día y no dejarnos sin luz por la mañana. Claro está nos mintieron no lo aconsejo para nada

The best value for money hotel I've ever stayed in

Room was large, bed comfortable and bathroom clean. There were slippers provided and cold water in the fridge. Staff were amazing, very helpful and keen to offer advice. Breakfast good. Roght in the old centre a 6-7 minute walk from the blue mosque. I don't think I've ever paid so little for an en suite room with such amazing service in this kind of location.

Don't trust the reviews or you get desappointed! I had my expectaion of this hotel based on the official and travellers pics (which was around 3 out o 5) however, I was tricked with recent reviews saying everything was excellent. Don't get me wrong I would have rated this hotel 3.5-4 out of 5 but would not stay there had i not read the overrated expectations. Check-in: We were allocated a double bed room despite we booked a twin beds roomd (and I was travelling with my mom...). After i gently pressed to the reception guy who ''could not do anything'' he brought and extra bed. It was an OK solution which we used till the end of our 4 nights stay as we would not waste time to move between the rooms. The area: its nice but overpriced and poorly maintained. The restaurant Nostra Casa Cafe nearby was a joke. Just eat somewhere else please. People: the people working in the hotel were very friendly and this is why this hotel was not rated 1 out of 5. Breakfast: Is a joke, you can find travellers pictures on the web. Of coure this is what i would expect from such a small hotel but again i was folled by the reviews. A couple i met at the breakfast was saying ''they will never stay here again'' suggested that the reviews are paid for, He said he knows how to do that and he did that for one hotel, Well check the travellers pictures then judge yourself. Services: Unfortunately we had a feeling that on the day 3 our towels were not changed for last night...
