From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly, easy to chat too and very helpful. Our family room was set up lovely with a travel cot for our one year old. The breakfast was amazing and I would definitely recommend this hotel and go back again.

Room was very dated, small, old ripped leather chair would be better if not there, or covered. The shower was either too hot or cold and water didn’t flow was shower head removed, no shower gel, found a small soap bar in the towel on the bed, Room was clean and ok to stay over for 1 night.

Johnathan the owner greeted us at the door as we entered which was nice.when my five year old granddaughter asked for a balcony he said he would which made her day.the room had a bunk bed and a double bed.wardrobe and a set of draws.tea and coffee.fantastic views from room.breakfast is good.woll be back

We checked in owner was lovely very helpful but room very dated he even upgraded us so not sure what others are like the carpet was very bad dust here and there the nice thing was bath room and balcony after coming out of there I’ve noticed bite marks all over y body which are very itchy you don’t except that with how much we paid it wasent cheap for one night I’ve making contact for some kind of refund photos sent to agency

Gorgeous father's day weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at Richmond Hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming. We went for father's day weekend and the weather was gorgeous and the hotel got a fantastic view of Weston Pier, the hotel is dog friendly and we brought our husky along with us. We had a fantastic time and we definitely will be back again

Last minute night away

Last minute break to Weston with the family, booked the last room available, John (I believe is the owner) couldn’t be more welcoming, the hotel has plenty of character and your typical seaside hotel, room had plenty of space with a double and single bed along with en suite bathroom, Very happy with our stay and will be our go to the next time we stay in Weston

Lovely little b&b well worth the value

Spotlessly clean, staff are exreamly friendly and cant do enough for you. The rooms are comfortable and typical of a british b&b but have to comment that they are spotless and have everything you could need. We went out of season so unable to comment on the bar meals but the breakfast was hot and plentyful. Id definitely return. Its a little gem of a place

I booked this hotel for a family of 4, choosing a quad room - 1 double and bunk beds. the room was great, had a balcony and overlooked the sea and pier. Steve and Johnathan were very welcoming and throughout our stay (10 days) were always on hand if anything was needed. Everything was within walking distance and a great place for foodies. We are looking forward to a return visit - get the breakfast ready!

We just had a lovely stay at the Richmond Hotel. There was free street parking at the front of the hotel and we were lucky enough to get a space otherwise there was a large carpark just across the road which would have been about £14 a day. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, engaging in conversation over our stay. The rooms were smaller than they looked in the pictures but they were clean and the beds were comfortable enough The cooked breakfast in the morning was lovely and all cooked fresh to order. We loved the proximity to the Pier as well as some nice independent places to eat just a short walk along the sea front. Overall we found it a great little location and the staff friendliness increased the appeal of this otherwise dated property.

Only as a last resort

Only stayed here as limited choice of alternative hotels. Basic accommodation, decor and style tired and dated. Poor electric shower that barely worked. Thin walls and cosy room size (for 3). On the plus side bed was fairly comfy and plentiful tea/coffee making facilities.
