Friendly Staff and Nice Place

I loved staying here I don’t know why this place is getting bombed with bad reviews. The night audit who checked me in weds night was super sweet. I would definitely stay here again. Shuttle to the airport was easy and convenient too

Front desk check in gentlement was not in a good mood but still professional. The final night stay's front desk young lady was very friendly & helpful. Hotel was partly under renovation & looked like in the completing stage. My very small room had no table lamp & was told the new lamps have not arrived yet. So was forced to finish my paper work under very uncomfortable lighting. They could have offered a temporary table lamp. Also just don't understand why some hotels ( this one incl)udred9l9 chose to put the small refrigerator on the floor. Such a bad idea esp. for older guests. Not sure if the franchise owner was too frugal to hire better professional painter as the job was sloppy & new paint splash was everywhere & old fixture spot were sloppily covered by paint. Just not the best sight. At least was lucky enough not to have to bear the renovation's dusty stage. Overall, it's still a relatively comfortable stay. Thus 4- star.

The hotel is old. In the bathroom, there are some rough repairs on the wall. They're not finished; there are still holes in the wall. In the bathroom, the electrical outlets are covered by the mirror and are unusable. The room was damp and had an unpleasant odor. I didn’t like it at all.

I will never stay in such a dirty hotel again . The staff that works evenings ( the younger female and male) were extremely rude and weren’t knowledgeable on anything . There was a power outage this hotel clearly doesn’t have back up generators and the power was out for 13 hours not once did the guy that worked that evening try to console anyone . Me room was extremely dirty on my first night I asked to be switched and was told they are sold out and I can’t get a refund because I already checked in even though I was there less than 30 min so I went to book at a different hotel . When I can bcc the next day they switched my room this time I dealt with dirty floors in room clogged sink and the cable doesn’t work. I was there 8 days 7nights. Everywhere except the front lobby it’s 88-91degrees the hallway floors are filthy there are no microwaves in the room each floor shares one microwave which 2/3 are broken. Horrible stay

It was ok

The door to the bathroom got stuck on the bottom. Terrible sound to fully open and close. The "accessible" bathroom had a regular tub to climb into, not a walk in shower. Breakfast wasn't kept at a high temperature, by the time I got to my table, the food was cold. Tables weren't wiped after each use..Staff at the front desk were nice and helpfull.

Check in was quick and simple though it was only a little difficult to find parking due to it being a busy night. Our room was very clean and spacious, however the microwave was in the hallway instead of in the room, this was not a big deal. The only problem is that the bed was very stiff and the pillows were too soft and plush. This made it a difficult combination to sleep and the ac and thermostat read at two different temperatures which made it hard to tell if the ac was working properly. Breakfast was good and checkout was quick the next day as well.
