Nightmare Hotel

IOur stay at this hotel was a Nightmare! The rooms, Kitchen, the outside Furniture, the dining table, the stove, & the refrigerator. The hotel was not well Maintained. They had an attendant that came late and was on her phone most of the time. When ask to give us towels she said that they were not clean yet! not to mention that the towels were falling apart! We had issues with the hall light we felt very unsafe! We had to reach out to the person in charge constantly things were braking down she was very rude! Accused us of braking her shower head that we couldn’t reach why would we touch a shower head that has all the electrical wires expose! when the maintenance guy came to fix it he had to stand on a stool to reach to fix it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. Stay away from this hotel is dirty and had many roaches in the kitchen although they stated that they fumigate? We ask for laundry service for a charge and the dryer was not working our clothes was put out to hang with no clothes clips. We had to finally leave and had to get other accommodation which was a major inconvenience due to the fact that it was Holy Week and not to many choice for other accommodation! We requested a reimbursement for our last two nights and the hotel management gave us all kinds of negative excuse, lastly their lack of service and incompetence to make this hotel suitable for anyone to stay and feel safe is very inresponsible and totally careless!
