Pros: Room was clean, bed good.
Cons: Not enough parking. I’m a tech guy but
had to have hotel in person assistance just turning on TV. Very un-user friendly Tv/media setup. Even when using tv remote to turn tv off to go to bed, 30 seconds later, tv would come back on automatically. Had to unplug it.
Lobby - Coffee was empty and told by staff it was being made. 25 minutes later coffee arrived.
Upon checkout - while standing in front of Hilton Honors sign, I asked attendant to ensure I received points for our stay and (without any effort) I was immediately told it was not something she could do, that I would have to call “them”. No king bed as reserved and told it was due to overbooking. For the price paid, I won’t go back.
