This place is top notch. My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. It is a perfect place to be peaceful. The breakfast was delicious. The staff so helpful and friendly. Absolutely stunning place to stay and relax. Everyone there is very welcoming especially the receptionist called Elina. Very good breakfast and well served. The other thing that we didn’t enjoy was the hot tub (jacuzzi). It’s nice but the temperature was not hot enough and quite cold as compared to what you would expect. I would recommend the place for anyone.

Very Disappointing Customer Service During a Crisis I had a reservation at this hotel but unfortunately was unable to travel due to an ongoing war in my country and the cancellation of all flights. I contacted the hotel in advance, explained the situation clearly, and requested to cancel or postpone the booking, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility, refund, or even partial credit. I sent the hotel massage before 8 days from the check in . I tried every thing but no one help me . I told them that i want to give the room for someone else and well come on september and well pay a penelty for this changes but no one try to help

This hotel was amazing! The manger Ms. Tipa was so kind and very accommodating ! My friend and I had to book our stay here last minute after dealing with a very bad host prior to this, but we do not regret it at all! The hotel is beautiful and the views are unmatched! Perfection. Unbelievably amazing. That's how I would describe our stay here. The property is beautiful. It's not west facing so you don't get the beautiful sunset view of the caldera but, you can see those anywhere in Santorini. What you do get is the underrated and best kept secret in Santorini, an amazing view of the sunrise over the Aegean Sea. Every single morning right from your own balcony. The food served is amazing and delicious. There aren't extensive options but what they do serve is great and you'll be tempted to only eat from the hotel instead of venturing out. The best part of the stay here though is the amazing staff. Regardless of whether it's the restaurant staff, housekeeping, reception, they all go above and beyond for you to make sure you have a perfect stay, not just a great one. The communication between them and with you is top tier. From before your stay even starts to when it ends. If you're visiting for a special occasion, they do everything that they can to make sure it feels that way. The reception desk staff, in particular Stefania, Denise, Katerina, Joana, all were incredibly helpful both via email when booking airport transfers from we landed, making special arrangements for when we checked in to in person when we arrived. They continued this same amazing level of service to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They're incredibly knowledgeable and make fantastic recommendations especially about the local area the hotel is in (Pyrgos).

The overall standard of this hotel was first class. The location, the views, the staff, the hotel room, the breakfast were all outstanding, however, the only small feedback I have is that there are 2 big beautiful mirrors, one in the hallway, and one in the bathroom, but none of them have plug sockets close to them, so for us females, it was quite tricky to do our hair/make-up etc. Maybe worth taking this into consideration. A very small issue, but we will definitely be coming back to the same hotel in around 2 years time again. Thank you for making this a truly wonderful summer holiday. Derek & Julie

We absolutely loved staying here at Skyfall Suites-Adults Only for our honeymoon. We are more than happy to have booked with them. Very professional. Great at communicating prior to our stay: 1. Offering transfer from the airport, which we should’ve done; 2. Communicating during our stay with tours, local culture, great spots for us to visit, dining options and so much more without feeling pressured nor worried; 3. They’re even great with communicating with us even after our stay with them by, which we gladly accepted, the transfer to the airport, all while holding our luggage until our transfer picked us up which many places would never offer that. At first, I was nervous about the gym since we are used to longer hours and accessibility, but we were pleasantly surprised! Even with the gym having a 1 hour duration was very manageable for fitness especially during a vacation since most other gyms in Santorini are stricter and are closed Sundays we were happy with the gym. The gym was fully equipped with the essentials needed from a power rack with Olympic barbell, dumbbells that reach 50kg, treadmills, elliptical, bike, and so much more. The breakfast was amazing with the options provided. Again, the staff is very friendly, professional, respects our privacy, isn’t pushy, and is very flexible. Whenever we come back to Santorini, we are certain to book here with Skyfall Suites-Adults Only in the future since we loved the environment and the service!
