If we hasn’t been fortunate to find an English speaking person with a phone we wouldn’t have found the hotel on our own! The hotel sent someone to meet us and help us with our luggage ands dunes our way!! Hotel was very nice, good breakfasts! Lovely staff!!

Stunning Views

Overall we had a pleasant stay here. The room was comfortable and clean. The views were amazing. The hotel manager who I spoke to via email was incredibly helpful in several occasions and went out of their way to help us. I would have rated our stay higher if: 1. Breakfasts were a bit more varied. The toast and jam were tasty. Then you were offered either a plain omelette or a plate of fruit and yogurt. I think having some cheese or cold meats available would have been nice. Even some tomatoes to go with the omelette. 2. The hot tub was very temperamental and kept tripping the switch. We were shown how to turn it back on again but in the end we gave up as it kept doing it. We just made the most of sitting in the warm water without the bubbles. 3. Some areas need some TLC/repair 4. The cleaner cupboard should be elsewhere and not right next to a bedroom so the cleaners don’t have to keep walking past relaxing guests on their section of the balcony, None of these things spoilt out stay, we had a lovely time and everyone was very friendly.

Well the view was beautiful… a few things the AC wouldn’t stay on.. it would cut off. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper because there was no daily room service… and you better figure out or be prepared to carry your own bags down up and down the cliff yourself

ロケーションも良く、2組で泊まったのでフロアーは私達だけで、夕陽も誰に邪魔される事なく、ジャグジーに入りビールを飲みながらユックリ見る事が出来ました。 チョット残念なのは1つのジャグジーの温度が少し低くかったです。 コヒーマシンはあったのですが、コヒーパックや砂糖、milk等が無かったです、でもスタッフに言ったら直ぐに持って来て貰いました。

Great location in many respects - below the main pathway so your view of the Caldera is clean excluding all the tourists walking around. In October it provides an excellent view of the sunset in the peaceful and quiet comfort of your room & veranda away from the competing crowds. Also close to restaurants and shopping but adjacent enough to ensure your privacy. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. We really lucked out with our choice and recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Santorini.

My husband and I spent a few days here on our honeymoon and we had such an amazing stay. Best views in the area. With such a sought out area, we felt safe, had our privacy, and the owners always accommodated our requests. We felt so grateful. The place is ran by a local family who owns the restaurant up the stairs (delicious). We met the father, mother, and son. Such a beautiful welcoming family. They also made sure to have our bags brought to and from the location (we had a lot and there are so many hills and stairs). Thank you!! We will always remember this trip!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Santorini. The manager on sight was so kind and helpful. He arranged for a hotel shuttle and accommodated our late night check in as we arrived after midnight. I booked the suite with a private plunge pool. The room was spacious and clean and the views were absolutely spectacular. Location is walking distance to everything you need, bus terminal, shops and restaurants. I highly enjoyed my stay.

La Vista panoramica exelente,un balcon con con jacuzzi lo mejor al regresar de un largo dia de paseo,muy limpio y comfortable, cerca de todo, un lugar seguro, el desayuno ligero pero si ayudaba hasta la tarde, quizaas faltó, un poco de fruta , tuvimos el inconvenient del aire acondiciinado, pero lo solucionaron poniendo un ventilador, aunque las siguientes noches,estuvo mas fresco, pero nuestra experience fue buena.si regresaria

The property has beautiful view especially from the room. But to get to the room is a bit challenging with many steps down and no elevator access. The crew is very helpful and the chef has a wonderful personality. The older guy and woman who work at the restaurant are awesome. It was a beautiful experience overall.

What a beautiful place and view! Would stay again in a heartbeat. All the staff we met were extremely helpful and friendly. Always there to answer questions. Would recommend calling them after you get to town from airport or port…it is challenging to get directions with no real street names to work with.

Rude staff and no privacy at all.

If you want privacy don’t stay here. The e pictures they show on hotels.com are not compatible with the rooms they offer. There is no privacy at all, people can just show up next to your hot tube (and this happened because they wanted to see the beautiful view), and that’s so uncomfortable. After a long argument with the person who checked us in, they gave us a better room (the one actually shown in the photos and they one we booked). They were so rude and kept telling us we could cancel the stay no problem. But where would we find another place the afternoon of check in?! Very inconsiderate. Do not recommend! The view is beautiful but all the problems and lack of privacy do not make up for it. Find another place!

The property could use a little upkeep but perhaps this is only possible in the off-season and we were at the end of the season. The view is absolutely spectacular and worth staying here for that alone. However do not book this property unless you are completely mobile. There are numerous stairs, some of them very narrow and steep to access the lower rooms.

The view was amazing!!! The only thing that makes it bad is the way going to the place specially in the afternoon and early morning because of the “poops“ of the horses that passes by…that was terrible!!! But overall we enjoyed the view specially the sunset!!!🌅
