Unlike what the name says, there is no beach that is owned/operated by this "Otel," no functioning SPA, and it most certainly is not a "Resort." So this place is NOT what it claims to be, hence the lower prices. There's not even a restaurant on premises. $150 per night per person should certainly fetch a better place and level of service elsewhere.

Otel bakımsız, odada yastık kılıfı bile yoktu istedik getirdiler. Duvarda ölmüş sinek ceseti dolu. Yatak başlığı bile yok odalarda. Konfor yok bu otelde kesinlikle. Sabah kahvaltısı tam bir hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Tuzsuz hastane peyniri, domates, salatalık, biber, bim marketten alınmış takin- pekmez, glikoz koması reçel, kızarmış patates 1. Gün vardı 2. Gün yoktu. Eh tabi maliyet o da bı yerde... Duşa kabin 75 cm civarında kilolu kişiler kesinlikle sigamaz. Omlet yok, puncake yok kahvaltı,berbat. Ona göre düşünüp gelin ya da gelmeyin.

Wer einen All inklusive Urlaub erwartet ist hier definitv falsch. Bestenfalls ausreichend wenn man nur eine Schlaf- und Duschmöglichkeit braucht. Alles sehr dreckig und teilweise kaputt. Personal war größtenteils freundlich aber teilweise überfordert (servicepersonal). Am Abreisetag wollten wir um 8 Uhr frühstücken, um 8:15 Uhr war dies teilweise möglich (Frühstückszeiten ab 8 Uhr). Am Anreisetag gab es um 20:45 Uhr noch Reis und Bohnen (bis 21:30).

Fitness ve hamam sauna sorduk yok denildi sasirtici. Yemeklerde cogunluk hazir , insan sagligi önemlidir oraya cocuklu ailelerde geliyo yazik hersey dahil olmasina ragmen herseyimizi disarda yedik icecek makinalari bile eskimis Cürümüs garsondan icecek isteyince suan bardak yok denilmesi komik. Kesinlikle gitmeyin!

Otel gerçek anlamda vasattı! Senelerdir çeşme’de tatil yaparım kaldığım en kötü oteldi. F/P açısından eksilerdeydi. Öncelikle giriş yaptığımızda ekonomi odası olduğunu bu nedenle giriş kattaki odalardan vereceklerini söylediler. Odanın dibi restorantı ve inanılmaz ses vardı. Neyse bunu sorun yapmadık ve odamıza girdik, fakat oda temizlenmemişti, bunu 2 defa söyledikten sonra gelip temizlediler. Banyo yaptığımızda ise banyo tamamen su içinde kaldı. Yerlerde halı olmadığı için banyoya girip çıktıktan sonra yerlerdeki tozlar yüzünden çamurlaşma oldu. Yani odaları rezaletti. Sadece odaları da değil yemeği de çok kötüydü. İlk gün otelde yiyelim dedik ve aç kaldım. Tatlıları koydukları yerler arıdan geçilmiyordu, yemek çeşiti çok çok azdı, olan yemeklerinde tadı çok kötüydü. Suyun tadı bile çok kötüydü ki su demişken odalara su koyulmamıştı. İstediğimizde ise saat 12’i geçtiği için ücret talep edeceklerini söylediler. Allahtan barmen anlayışlı çıktıda ücretsiz verdi. Yemek yerken sürekli çalan bangır bangır müzik vardı.. Havuzu ve plajı eksilerdeydi. Havuz pisti plajı ise bakımsızdı. Birde dalga geçer gibi yenileneceklerini seneye tekrar beklediklerini söylediler. Günlüğüne 2 kişi için 490 tl verdiğim otelden çok daha fazla konfor beklerdim. Olmamış gerçekten çeşme’ye yakışmayan bir otel. Sanırım benim en büyük hatam fotoğraflarını çekmemek ve şikayet etmemek oldu. Ayrıca araştırmadan rezervasyon yaptırmak oldu. Gitmeyin bu oteli tercih etmeyin.

Otel konum olarak mukemmel bir mevkiide. Fakat isletme tam anlamiyla oturmamis, daha aktif daha dinamik hareketli olup musteriyi bu guzel ortama baglayabilirler. Odalar, yemekler orta seviyede, fiyat performans yaparsam yine orta puan veririm. Plaji genel olarak herkese acik, kumsal seklinde degil iskele uzerinde sezlong biciminde duzenlenmis. Denizin icinde eski iskele demirleri bulunmakta ve ruzgarli havalarda bunlar hic gorunmemekte, uyari lehvasi koymamalari buyuk bir ihmal. Ben yavas sekilde demirlere surtmeme ragmen sirtimda ciddi bir soruna yol acti. Tatilimizi bolup 2 saatimizi hastanede bekleyerek gecirmek zorunda kaldik, pasli bir demir ve ciddi bir sorun soz konusu. Otele bu konuda uyarida bulunduk, umariz ilgilenirler.

Manzara harika. Otel yönetimi elinden geleni kadar yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar, ama otelin çok eksikleri var. Oturmamış. Elektrik ve su kesintileri oluyor. Oda temizliği yetersiz. Akşam bile gelirseniz odanı hazır olmayabilir. O yüzden 5* otellere alışmış olan kişilere hitap etmez ama uygun fiyata ve bazı eksiklikleri görmezden gelerek tatil yapmak isteyenler için gayet uygun bir yer.

Otelin konumu iyi, kahvaltı yemek iyi, personel kalabalık olduğu için biraz stresli geçirdiler günlerini. Ama oda kötü idi 3. Kat teras 304 asla tavsiye etmem. Ses yalıtımı oda darlığı ve daha bir çok eksiği vardı.

Nice hotel close to the beach.

Approx 80 room hotel, was fully booked in Aug. Stayed with teenage children.Were given a room despite very early morning arrival. Rooms tidied daily. All inclusive meant food available nearly all day including afternoon tea. Spa and gym were under maintenance whilst we were there. All other guests were local Turks so do not go of you want to be around tourists. Receptionists spoke English and Jimmy was particularly helpful.We enjoyed our stay. 10mins on a local Dolmus into central Cesme. Approx 1.5 hours to Izmir airport.Very quaint little fishing port also a 7min walk away plus a sandier beach.

Das hotel ist eine zumutung

Das Hotel ist leider nicht so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die zimmer sind klein und alt.Das Bett war umbequem. Am 2ten Tag hat der Aufzug den ganzen Tag nicht funktioniert , sodass wir den kinderwagen mehrfach hoch und runter tragen mussten .es gibt keinen Bellboy, die koffer mussten wir selber tragen.das einzig positive war, dass der receptionist salih uns am ersten tag , vor 12 uhr ins Zimmer reingelassen hat. Nachdem der chef herr özer mit seiner Familie auch im hotel war , hat sich das essen auch gebessert. Nachdem wir mitgeilt haben dass das Bett zu klein ist haben wir am letzten tag einen zustellbezt erhalten. Das Hotel hat definitiv keine 4 Sterne verdient Ich möchte mein Geld zurück
